As I was driving with my dashboard camera on, I noticed a young guy lurking around in the streets... The thief was preying for his victims in the busy streets of Manila, Philippines. He found his next victim, a young vulnerable female boarding a "jeepney". In just a few seconds, he grab her cellphone and ran away. By standers, were shocked and weren't able to help as if nothing happens.
Becareful and be vigilant next time, you might be the next victim.
